2008 November Elections

Yes, he won. Of 6 candidates he came in 2ND. He and Freeman over threw the incumbents. He made it. The night of the election he was in 5Th place. We got together the next morning to make him his favorite breakfast and sing "For he's a jolly good fellow". Never even dreaming that the election had taken a turn for the better. You see, we love him whether or not he won. In the morning as we were making him his favorite breakfast we logged on to the website to see how he was doing. And guess what? He was in 2ND place and remained there throughout the rest of the election results. We all got together and hooped and hollered and sang "For he's a jolly good fellow" what excitement. Thanks to those who donated, campaigned and voted for Ronald. What a blessing. I know the Lord wants him there for a reason and I pray that he will be a good instrument and servant for the Lord.

We worked very hard to pass prop 8. "YES" ON 8 CAMPAIGN. We had a large group of people at our home making calls on their cell phones. They were in every part of our home even in the bonus room. Parents, children, church members and non members alike joined the cause to preseve the family and family rights. We did win. But, we'll see if it holds. We still need prayers to keep this prop upheld.

We did our best and our efforts paid off. What a blessing to get together with brothers and sisters in Christ and pray and work on behalf of truth and righteousness.

Thank goodness it passed. Hopefully it will stay that way. We need to keep praying.
